This was supposed to be on time. Why? Jimmy Shubert, myself and Rick D’Elia are all in Vegas working at Brad Garretts Comedy Club this week. Tonight through the weekend. So, Jimmys on this week, Rick next week….. Bottom line, you’re in Vegas, coem on by and watch three headliners knock it out of the park.
Shubert and I go way back. Thirty years. One of the first guys I met when I was starting out. He was already on the road doing arenas opening for Sam Kinison. We’ve become great friends over the years. Most of the comics I know really look upm to Jimmy. He is a flat out hustler. Always working. Always has work lined-up. he left Hollywood a few years ago, and didn’;t miss a beat. Two more movies coming out the next year, heading out to open for Russell Peters….. I don’t know anyone who works harder. Also, great guy and a great friend. Guys serious about his diet, what he eats and when… We cover a little of everything here.
