Thank You Wichita!!!!

Great week working with Chad Miller and Meghan Welch @loonybinwichita. Thanks to everybody in Wichita. Crowds were dynamite all week. Great staff all around. Biggs, Whiz, Penny, Cali, George, even Jeff Jones was in this week. A very special Thanks to Michelle, who was nice enough to sit down for a little “Q&A”. Loony Bin posted it, and some footage from the Thursday show. Check out the video below.

Big News: Lenny Schmidt and ITunes: Together at Last!!!

So much is happening @ Lenny Schmidt Central (A Bellemay Production) this year.

Let’s start with this…

I happy to announce My work can soon be found on ITunes.

That’s right, nearly 15 years of negotiating is over. ITunes and I have reached a reasonable agreement. Three of my four comedy CD’s will be available for download on ITunes. In return, I will dress as an Apple and spin a discount sign on the corner of 6th and Flower for a mere 20 hours a week. NOT the 25 hours they have been demanding. (I win, Screw You Big Brother) I owe it all to my crack team of lawyers, The firm of Lameass, Shitzky, and Sack. Thank you Ladies. Your hard work and devotion is good news for Lenny Schmidt fans for thousands of reasons… Well, 5.

It’s going to break down like this;

“Big Room” (2009) – My most recent release will be available for download for $12.99 on April 1, 2016. However, a link for pre-release will be available March 25, 2016 for only $9.99. A link will be posted on my website, Facebook, Twitter, and sent out to all who have joined my fan page.

“I’m Still Out Here” (2015) – My new CD is in the final stages of production and will be available for download for $14.99 on June 10, 2016. However, a link for pre-release will be available June 3, 2016 for only $9.99. A link will be posted on my website, Facebook, Twitter, and sent out to all who have joined my fan page.

“Live at 159th and Harlem” (1999) – My first ever comedy CD will be available for download for $9.99 later this year. Just in time for Christmas!!  It will have the original recording from 1999, as well as extras and bonus tracks.

Also on the horizon, two “Yet to be named” podcasts. One will be about the art of performance comedy. I’ll interview comedians, young and old!! Talk about how they do it, why they do it, and how they’ve changed over the years. The other podcast? Chaos. It will be the sketches, jokes, bits, tons of stuff we are writing and recording now. I can’t wait to get it ALL on-line.
